About Us

Customers are partial to JJJCOM because of our inexpensive prices, in-shop diagnostics and our convenient location. Our knack to fix just about any computer problem we are approached with, and our large inventory of items also stand out. But what customers like the most is the down-to-earth relationship we retain with them. We take the time to fully answer questions and explain how to prevent common computer issues. We do it all with a friendly and helpful attitude. We take the effort to go beyond our customers' expectations and give them that "wow" feeling. After all, it is our customers and clients who keep us in business and we really appreciate and acknowledge that fact.

Location

Tony Santana Owner & Service Representative As the owner and founder of JJJCOM, Tony relies on his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to keep things going here at JJJCOM. Like the rest of his family, he is blessed with innate understanding in almost anything he pursues.	Ruth Provins Office Specialist Before there was Ruth, there was darkness... a disorganized hole of clutter. Then there was Ruth and there was order. To be honest. Ruth has so many jobs here; I don't know where to begin. All I can say is that no matter what it is, she makes it better.
Jennifer Jumper Office Assistant Jenn came aboard at JJJCOM as an Office Assistant, not knowing too much more than the average person about computers. But over the months, she has learned so much just by working around and with the technicians. She is glad to be working here and she loves the atmosphere and the coworkers.	Jon Russell Web Designer/Developer & SEO Specialist Jon has been dealing with computers for almost as long as he has been around. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Jon has taken to developing creative and functional web solutions to meet clients' needs. Recently he has also become more involved in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in order to allow more customers to better find what they need.
Daniel Tigyer Technician & House Call Personnel Daniel has worked in the technical field for the past 2 years. He worked with Big Spring School District for a year as a student-technician and he is currently a freshmen at Shippensburg University for Computer Science.	Sean Flanagan Technician Sean may be our youngest technician, but he is by no means our weakest. Employed by JJJCOM since June 2006, he has acquired a large spectrum of knowledge in the computer industry; from repairs, to networking and even programming. After graduating from Big Spring High School in 2009, Sean plans to continue his education in college by striving for degrees in computer science and electrical engineering.
John Foor Technician John is a proficient and highly-adaptable technician, and does not rest until issues are resolved. He has the innate gift of annoying the bugs out of a system until it is in working order. He specializes in Windows systems, and has some experience with Unix systems. He is also an accomplished forum administrator.
