About Us

Customers are partial to JJJCOM because of our inexpensive prices, our knack to fix just about any computer problem we are approached with, free in-shop diagnostics, our large inventory of items and our convenient location. But what customers like the most is the down-to-earth relationship we retain with them. We take the time to fully answer questions, explain how to prevent common computer issues; and we do it all with a friendly and helpful attitude. We take the effort to go beyond our customers' expectations and give them that "wow" feeling. After all, it is our customers and clients who keep us in business and we really appreciate and acknowledge that fact.

Location

Tony Santana Owner & Service Representative As the owner and founder of JJJCOM, Tony relies on his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to keep things going here at JJJCOM. Like the rest of his family, he is blessed with innate understanding in almost anything he pursues.	Ruth Provins Office Specialist Before there was Ruth, there was darkness... a disorganized hole of clutter. Then there was Ruth and there was order. To be honest. Ruth has so many jobs here; I don't know where to begin. All I can say is that no matter what it is, she makes it better.
Jennifer Johnson Office Assistant Jenn came aboard at JJJCOM as an Office Assistant, not knowing too much more than the average person about computers. But over the months, she has learned so much just by working around and with the technicians. She is glad to be working here and she loves the atmosphere and the coworkers.	Seth Cornman Data Technician Data recovery and networking is Seth's specialty. He graduated from Hagerstown Business College with a Computer Forensics degree and CompTIA A+ Certification and he is still in pursuit of further certifications. Seth has six years of experience, trouble shooting and repair of home computers and 4 years of hands-on experience in setting up networks with Server 2003 with active directory pulse sometimes working with Novell NOS .
Jesse Wingert Web Designer, HTML Programmer & Technician Jesse is the guy in charge of designing, programming, and managing many websites that we assemble and host on our web server. He is well known for his unique and inspiring artistic abilities involved with graphic designing.	Daniel Tigyer Technician & House Call Personnel Daniel has worked in the technical field for the past 2 years. He worked with Big Spring School District for a year as a student-technician and he is currently a freshmen at Shippensburg University for Computer Science.
Sean Flanagan Technician Sean may be our youngest technician, but he is by no means our weakest. Employed by JJJCOM since June 2006, he has acquired a large spectrum of knowledge in the computer industry; from repairs, to networking and even programming. After graduating from Big Spring High School in 2009, Sean plans to continue his education in college by striving for degrees in computer science and electrical engineering.	Thomas Evans Diagnostic Technician Thomas is the first person to test the computer. He makes sure that the computer is working fine and has no problems. He also rebuilds systems and puts the shop's cocktail on all the computers.
